EU & UK CUSTOMERS
We do not ship to EU/UK due to VAT tax. Please visit our Etsy shop for EU/UK shipping options!
PROCESSING TIMES
I am a one man team! Please allow 3-5 business days for processing orders. Orders will not be shipped on Sundays and holidays!
ESTIMATED ARRIVALS
USA: 5-14 business days
International: 1-2 months
Shipping can be delayed due to holidays, covid, etc.
FREE SHIPPING
Domestic orders of $50+ USD will receive free tracked shipping
International orders of $150+ USD will receive free tracked international shipping
CHEAPER / UNTRACKED SHIPPING
Only available on flat items such as die cuts, sticker sheets, etc.
- USA: $1.50 USD
- International: $2 USD
- Both customer and seller cannot see any delivery progress or information on package
- Lost untracked mail will not be refunded or replaced, please only choose this option if you are willing to take the risk!
TRACKED SHIPPING
Applies to orders that contain at least one non-flat item such as phone grip, keychains, charms, etc.
- USA: starts at ~$4 USD
- International: starts at ~$15 USD
- Precise shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on shipping location, order size and weight
- Available for flat orders as well! It is recommended so both parties can track the delivery progress!
PACKAGE IS MARKED AS 'DELIVERED' BUT RECEIVED NOTHING
Once the package is out of our hands, we cannot control shipping times or delivery process. If you have not received an order, please check with your neighbors and/or immediately contact your local postal office. You may also file a help form on the USPS website if you think the package was misdelivered or stolen.

LOST / STUCK MAIL
If you suspect your package is lost / tracking has been stuck for at least 3 months, we can offer a replacement or refund. However, this is only applicable after 3 months due to long delivery time for international orders. If your order is domestic (within USA), we can offer a replacement or refund after 1 month.
RETURN TO SENDER
We are not responsible for packages that are 'returned to sender.' If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address, we offer these 2 options:
- RESHIPMENT: Order will be shipped out a second time. Buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost
- REFUND: Order amount will be refunded minus shipping cost and restocking fee. Restocking fee will be 10% of the order amount
